These terms apply to the CookCherry app and this website, published by Hassan Chouqfi (“we”). By using CookCherry you agree to them.
1. Using CookCherry
CookCherry is free for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, scrape or republish the recipes, photos or app content without our written permission.
2. Our content
All recipes, texts and photos in CookCherry are owned by us or used with permission. © 2026 Hassan Chouqfi. All rights reserved.
3. Not medical or dietary advice
Recipes, calorie goals, the meal planner and allergy notes are general information only. CookCherry is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Allergy notes are an automatic word check and may be incomplete. Always read ingredients and product labels, and talk to a healthcare professional about allergies, intolerances or special diets.
4. Cooking safety
Follow safe food handling, cooking temperatures and kitchen safety. Cooking times and results can vary with your equipment and ingredients.
5. Ads
CookCherry shows ads from third parties. Some optional features may ask you to watch a short video ad first. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites; you can report an inappropriate ad from Settings → Report an ad.
6. Availability
We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of CookCherry.
8. App stores
If you downloaded CookCherry from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content.
